THIS ADDS TO STRESS. WHEN QUESTIONED ABOUT EXTENDING THE CAR HIRE - THE ASSISTANT MENTIONED I SHOULD USE THEIR APP. THEN WHEN I ASKED ABOUT A LATE DROP OFF SHE SAID TO CALL THEM. I DID STATE CALLING REQUIRES A HUMAN TO ANSWER AND WHY NOT BE ABLE TO EXTEND THE STAY ON THE APP? SHE STATED SOMETIMES THE APP GOES DOWN!

THE ISSUE IS THAT YOU HAVE TO WALK PAST TAXI DRIVERS WALKING UNDER THE BRIDGE AND A HUGE AMOUNT OF TAXIS/DRIVERS IN THE NEXT DOOR CAR PARK. THIS CAN BE BOTH NERVE RACKING AND DANGEROUS FOR A VULNERABLE MALE OR FEMALE OR EVEN A FAMILY.

THERE IS HUGE SCOPE FOR SOMETHING SINISTER TO HAPPEN BASED ON WHAT HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED

THE ENTIRE AREA IS VERY DARK AND EMPTY MOST OF THE TIME. HARDLY ANYONE TAKES THE LIFTS AND IT DOES LOOK DANGEROUS AND CREEPY TO DO SO

WHY ARE THERE SO MANY DOORS EVERYWHERE? WHAT ARE THEY ALL FOR AND WHAT REALLY SITS BEHIND THEM?

AN AIRPORT STAFF MEMBER IS OBSERVED PROVIDING ADVICE ON CALLING UBA TO TAKE THEM TO A HOTEL IN DC. WHY IS HE DOING THIS SINCE IT'S AN OVER-REACH OF HIS JOB FUNCTION SINCE OUTSIDE OF THE AIRPORT. THE MAN AND WOMAN WERE WARNED OF PEOPLE LIKE THIS MAN SINCE IT FELT REALLY STRANGE
